Carmel Cardona
Carmel strives to support people and organisations to build their resilience, through coaching, training and consultancy.
Following two decades in leadership roles within the British and Australian cultural sectors, Carmel founded the social enterprise Stitch Your Parachute, delivering training, facilitation and consultancy.
Carmel is an Associate Accredited Coach with the International Coaching Federation. She specialises in working with women in leadership roles, often who are re-evaluating their careers after illness, having a family or reaching menopause. Her doctoral research investigates the impact of creative interventions support people post-cancer.
Carmel is passionate about eliminating inequalities, bringing different people together, and platforming voices often underrepresented in our society.

Susannah Tresilian
Susannah delivers powerful, creative, transformative coaching, drawing on her extensive leadership experience in the arts and media world.
Having trained with the NeuroLeadership Institute, Susannah runs engaging and inspirational leadership workshops, seminars and webinars around the world, including at Accenture, Google and the women's senior leadership programme at Cisco.
After gaining her Masters in Drama at the University of Manchester, Susannah embarked on a career directing theatre and opera across Europe and the UK. Alongside she founded Ariadne - a network of women who make theatre in conflict zones.
Susannah is also an experienced radio producer, having produced BBC Radio 4's Woman's Hour for twelve years, BBC World Service's The Arts Hour, and the Guardian's Books Podcast.

Dr. Ayesha Nathoo
Ayesha is committed to enabling individuals to thrive and helping workplace cultures to transform into creative, inclusive, productive and supportive environments.
Drawing on her diverse and extensive experience of coaching, mentoring, research and consultancy, Ayesha uses her combined science and humanities background to create and deliver engaging, bespoke training sessions for clients. With a degree in Natural Sciences and a PhD from the University of Cambridge, she is also a published author and public speaker, specialising in health and wellbeing, and has held a number of prestigious Fellowships at the Universities of Cambridge and Exeter, and at the Wellcome Trust and Science Museum, London.
Ayesha’s approach is both focused and holistic, integrating mindfulness and stress-management techniques to help individuals and organisations build their resilience and adapt to rapidly changing demands and contexts.

Caitlin Shannon
Caitlin is passionate about helping people to communicate what they want, in the way that they want, as clearly and authentically as possible.
As a freelance training consultant, Caitlin has designed and delivered a variety of programmes with a wide range of international clients in both the public and private sectors.
As a playwright, her work has appeared off-Broadway and in the West End. She has also developed film scripts for Lightworkers Media, and the History Channel. Most recently, she wrote and directed the award-winning Amazon web series “Wimpole Street”.
Caitlin brings many of her creative skills to the business world. She uses her insight, natural warmth, energy and humour to engage with delegates and bring the work to life.
